Farm Track Suppliers Sdn. Bhd. ("Farm Track", "we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (as amended by the Personal Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2024) ("PDPA") of Malaysia. This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and your rights.

• The contents of your message

b) Technical and usage data (via analytics):

Anonymised analytics data such as pages visited, approximate location (country/region), device and browser type, and how you reached our site. We use Google Analytics with IP anonymisation enabled. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them via our cookie banner.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as health, religious, or biometric data) through this website, and we do not process payments here — purchases are handled separately via our official store on Shopee.

3. Why we collect it and our legal basis

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell your personal data.

4. Who we share it with

We share limited personal data only with service providers who help us run the website, under their own privacy terms:

• Formspree — processes contact-form submissions and delivers them to our email inbox.
• Google (Google Analytics) — provides anonymised website analytics.
• Cloudflare — hosts and delivers the website and provides security.

These providers may process data outside Malaysia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data continues to be protected to a standard consistent with the PDPA. We do not otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties except where required by law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep contact-form enquiries only for as long as necessary to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and to maintain a reasonable business record, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Anonymised analytics data is retained for up to 14 months, in line with our Google Analytics settings.

6. How we protect it

We use HTTPS encryption across the website and apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate or outdated personal data;
• Withdraw consent to our processing of your personal data at any time;
• Limit or object to certain processing of your personal data.
